A rotating look at what's on the market right now, across the areas I cover. Different every time you visit.
Almost every agent you'll meet in Costa Rica arrived as a tourist. They fell in love with the country, stayed, and got a license. Some of them are genuinely good at this. But there's a difference between learning a place and being from it.
I was born on this coast. I speak Spanish with the man selling the land and English with you. I know which builder cuts corners, which lawyer actually returns calls, and which street loses water pressure in March. Nobody taught me that. I just grew up here.
I work with RE/MAX, but I focus exclusively on the Guanacaste coast, Playas del Coco, Playa Hermosa, Playa Ocotal, Potrero, Flamingo, Tamarindo and Las Catalinas. That focus is deliberate: it's how I actually know every builder, every lawyer, and every street here, instead of spreading thin across a whole country.
And I'll tell you when a place is wrong for you. That costs me deals. It's also the only way this works.
